OPEN – SOURCE PERFORMANCE
- is the ATTEMPT to combine different approaches in art within a performance. It’s an interplay with one another, our environment, and a collective entanglement between our physical, social, and intellectual attributes.
- is meant to be a coming together of different opinions and ideas regarding aesthetics and forms of action. It is based on the idea of respectful exchange: giving and taking in respect.
OPEN–SOURCE PERFORMANCE
- is an ATTEMPT—and as an ATTEMPT, it includes the possibility of failing. This applies to everyone as well as to the group. It’s part of the experiment.
- is the inner need of the performer to create a moment, a statement, a reaction, or an idea.
- Spontaneous action and reaction are welcomed, as is well-prepared activity.
OPEN–SOURCE PERFORMANCE
- may be active participation in a democratic political process. It is a model of common activity in the sense of togetherness in diversity.
